Email supportThat's right. Accounts are made from an invitation, or on the web. If a coach or league sent you a link, open that link first. It creates your account and connects you to your team. After that, the app is where you sign in.

Ask your coach or league director to send it again. Coaches send parent invites from the player's card on their roster; directors send coach and admin invites from the season dashboard. Check your spam folder for a message under their name, not ours.
One account covers all of them. Each team sends its own invitation, so open each link with the same account, then use My Teams to move between them.
In the app, tap your avatar, then Manage Notifications, and pick what you want to hear about. Coaches set what their team's parents are notified about under Manage Team Notifications.
To silence everything, use your phone's Settings. Urgent announcements from a coach or the league always come through, which is the point of them.
Press and hold the message, then choose Report or Block. Reports come straight to us and to the coach. A blocked person can't message you, and you can unblock them any time from your avatar menu under Blocked People.
Tap your avatar, then Delete my account. It happens immediately. The Privacy Policy spells out what is removed and what stays with a team.
Use Help › Report something from inside the app so we can see the page and the device it happened on. If you can't sign in at all, email [email protected].
The person reading this has run the Tuesday practice, chased the last permission slip and sent a schedule change a day too late. Tell us what's wrong and it gets fixed, often that week.
