“Coach, our team uses this. Take a look.”

They are not asking for another schedule app.

Cheat Code Teams is where a youth coach plans practice, runs the clock on the field, and keeps a record of how every player is actually developing. Team chat and the calendar come with it. Development is the point of it.

The Short Version

Your season can run perfectly and develop nobody.

Rosters, schedules and group texts keep a team organized. None of them tell you whether the eight-year-old at the back of the line is any better in November than they were in August. That is the part this is built for.

Practice, planned and timed

Drag drills into a timed practice plan and know when you are walking off the field before you leave the house. Tap Start practice and a live timer counts each drill down, sounds the whistle, and shows on your lock screen. Your assistants can follow the same clock, so nobody asks what is next. The drill library is loaded for your sport before you start, with video from the sport's governing body or a top coaching organization.

A record for every player

Every player on your roster gets a development plan, a rated chart you update in under a minute on your phone, weekly tasks so their work happens between practices, and game reports in your words. Each child's record is visible to that child's own parents and nobody else. One look at the chart tells you who has moved and who you have not touched in a month.

What You Get

Written by a coach who still coaches.

I am Brad Hughes, a head coach in Trophy Club, Texas. I built this on nights and weekends on top of a full-time job, because every app I was handed managed my team and none of them helped me coach it.

If you run into something that is wrong, you are writing to the person who will fix it, usually that week.

Set up your team before your next practice.

Your roster, your colors and your first practice plan take about ten minutes. The parent who sent you here is already waiting on the other side of it.
